such as date of issuance, date of expiry and identification information about the applicants. These documents/licenses are seaman’s book, Philippine passport, ERN,
Training Certificates, Certificates of Proficiency, Yellow Fever Vaccine No., and other applicable documentary requirements for the processing of the job application
process through our Application page.
Feedback/Message. We collect the information via Contact Form you provided such as queries, concerns and/or feedbacks regarding our services, given the fact that
these shall help us improve the information we provide in our site.
Credentials. For login of Scanmar employees, clients and applicants, we collect usernames, passwords, password hints, and similar security information for
authentication and account access.

If an employee wishes his logged in account to be remembered by the browser, the employee’s login information shall persist for one (1) day. If the employee logs out
of his/her account, the login cookies shall be removed.
